1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

  • Doctor or hospital fails to confirm the appointment
  • Booking fails due to technical errors
  • Admin deems refund necessary

2. Refund Amount

95% of total payment is refunded

5% is deducted as processing fee

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request
  2. Admin will review your case
  3. Refund will be approved after case resolution
  4. Receive refund within 7-10 business days after approval

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Patient misses the appointment
  • Incorrect information provided
  • Failure to cancel on time
