Refund Policy

Important: Refunds are only applicable when an appointment is not confirmed and subject to admin approval. 95% of the payment is refunded.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following cases:
- Doctor or hospital fails to confirm the appointment
- Booking fails due to technical errors
- Admin deems refund necessary
2. Refund Amount
95% of total payment is refunded
5% is deducted as processing fee
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request
- Admin will review your case
- Refund will be approved after case resolution
- Receive refund within 7-10 business days after approval
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Patient misses the appointment
- Incorrect information provided
- Failure to cancel on time
